Any quotation, lead time, sample plan or certification note is preliminary until confirmed in a written commercial document. Buyers are responsible for confirming final destination-market requirements with their own compliance advisors, import brokers or testing laboratories.
Private-label artwork, product briefs and sourcing documents shared through the RFQ process are reviewed for project evaluation. Formal confidentiality terms may be executed before detailed drawings, tooling information or proprietary commercial data are exchanged.
