Brita collects business contact information submitted through inquiry forms so our sourcing desk can respond to RFQs, sample questions, compliance requests and project follow-up. Typical information includes name, company, email, target market, product category, annual volume and brief requirement notes.
Submitted information is used to evaluate feasibility, route the request to the correct commercial or technical contact and prepare a response. We may retain RFQ details to maintain project continuity, compare follow-up questions and avoid asking buyers to repeat the same information.
Brita does not sell inquiry data. Limited details may be shared with logistics, testing or documentation partners when needed to answer a sourcing question, prepare a certification route or estimate a shipment requirement.
Buyers may request correction or removal of contact data by writing to the RFQ desk. Some project records may be retained where necessary for legal, compliance or transaction history purposes.
